Support relevant institutions to conceptualize and implement market-driven training programs for the development of an adequate workforce for startups and SMEs and support these latter to be able to absorb this labor force.

We develop capacity of higher institution leadership teams and staff to design and deliver entrepreneurship support programs that build the foundational knowledge of students in entrepreneurship and support them to launch successful ventures.

We develop and launch an IT platform to help students and higher institutions’ selected staff members access relevant technical expertise, mobilized from the ecosystem, to support business launch, from ideation to scaling phases.

Building an army of venture builders
We design, test, codify, and deliver training and practical experience, in partnership with private sector actors, that will develop a youth workforce with the adequate venture building expertise to support the growth of youth-led businesses in areas such as design thinking, market and data intelligence, software development, financial analysis, marketing and growth architecture, etc.
Equipping an army of entry-level soldiers
We design, test, codify, and deliver a training and practical experience for youth with little to no education background on soft-skills (creativity, agility, innovation, adaptability, problem solving, effective communication, etc.) to hold entry level jobs (field agents, operational support, customer care, etc.) in youth-led startups and SMEs.
